What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?

uploading general data to OSM as usual. there should be no errors.

What happens instead?

data is uploaded without an issue, however an error message (a bug of some sort) appears. but there is no indication of what is wrong.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
