Missing action help wiki page — at Initial Version

Description
Introduction: The wiki page tree is visible in the upper left edge on each page.
Example: wiki: Help / Action / Zoom
Each level of the path is click-able to jump directly to it.
Problem: wiki:Help/Action is missing.
Solution: What do you think if I create an action page with the options for accessing it?
I would not create redundant content there, but only include the following:
- Link to wiki:Help/Menu
- Link to Toolbars
- Link to wiki:Shortcuts
- Index (similar to Help/Dialog)
