Shift+click in add mode no longer starts a new way

this issue was supposedly fixed in r1458, but still doesnt work. shift+clicking in add mode does not do anything and just continues the previous way while it is supposed to start a new one

ALT-Click is supposed to start a new way, not shift-click.

alt+click starts a new way but the start point is the same as the end point of the previous way. shift+click is supposed to start a totally new way, not in extension of the old one. this used to work fine till about a few releases ago.

now the only way to create two unconnected parallel ways is to create the first way, switch to select mode and click somewhere to lose focus of the end node. then again switch to add mode and create another way

Double click the last node ends drawing. You can restart with a new draw then. No need for shift anymore.
