Sorry! I had just recommended achavi to another mapper who found it very good too, and then I got so fond of it, that I did not think in English.
I use the plugin that paints everything green that I have touched in the session, but an achavi like view would be better still. Ahead of uploading. Maybe most can be done with css, except perhaps the popups. A kind of QA helper plugin.

Please document what changes you want excatly (e.g. with screenshots). E.g. I don't know achavi at all. Reopen the ticket, when you did.

Summary: | achavi Ansicht → achavi like view |
Achavi is a simple yet effective tool to assess what's in a changeset - From JOSM it can be started from the earth ball icon in the changeset manager view or from the history view for arbitrary commited changesets; Here a sample link https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=97999170
Achavi already has helped me spot errors in my commits several times. Actually though, I have no idea how to integrate such a view into the upload process, maybe as a switch like wireframe view or a mapcss view available all the time? Likely this will remain wishlist forever, reopened nevertheless, perhaps somebody gets an inspiration, if it got closed again, I won't complain.

There is a long-term plan to use map displays in different places in JOSM, like previews, uploads, ... As this is lots of work it probably also will stay long-term for some time.
English please.
