20.12 release?

I haven't been following the JOSM development in the past weeks. Shall we release milestond:20.12? Are there any outstanding issues preventing a release?

I don't think there are major regressions since the last release, so releasing 20.12 would be fine.

Yes, I think it would be good. Old style multipolygons are probably still in use in some countries.

According to http://area.jochentopf.com/stats/ and the data file http://area.jochentopf.com/download/area-stats.json, no_tags_on_relation has 0 usages as of 2020-12-31. Do we need a hotfix?

Looks like an error which does not go unnoticed, so probably not worth a hotfix.
From my side: Yes, please release 20.12. I am busy with the mkgmap project and with mapping. After mapping I look for memory leaks (have a few small patches in the pipeline ready).
