Description

Sorting the relations panel by the ID would increase the user experience significantly by decreasing the time one needs to search a specific element by its ID.
This could also be an option such that it has to be enabled.

I doubt that's really an enhancement. Which user knows the ID of a relation?

Agreed, I don't see the need for sorting by id. You can already filter by id if you're looking for a particular relation by its id:


Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
