#19842 closed enhancement (fixed)

Reltoolbox: Hotkey for "Reconstruct polygon" sought

Reported by: farin2 Owned by: Zverikk
Priority: normal Milestone:
Component: Plugin reltoolbox Version:
Keywords: Cc:

Description (last modified by farin2)

All other relation toolbox operations have a hotkey:

  • Enter role ..
  • Add/remove members ..
  • Create a new relation
  • Create multipolygon
  • Find a relation

but not reltoolbox's exclusive "Reconstruct polygon".

I would be very glad if you could invent a hotkey for it.

Nice idea! Any suggestions? :)

Here's a list of shortcuts for reference: wiki:DevelopersGuide/ShortcutsList

CTRL+T or CTRL+U are still empty.

Note, you also can add unassigned shortcuts: See r17049, this allows the user to set them when needed.

Is there any progress? I would be totally OK with an unassigned shortcut.

Okay, I've made the change, but my login doesn't work for the new svn repository. Could anobody please apply the patch and release the new version? Or point me to an instructions to get a new login?

Replying to Zverikk:

Or point me to an instructions to get a new login?

Well, asking in trac ticket is a way. Your should have commit access now.

Cool, thank you!

farin2, now you can set a shortcut to the action (go to the Preferences → Shortcuts → search by "reconstruct").

Please reference tickets in commits.

See r35602/osm.

Okay, will do next time.

I wonder why you can commit the change in the source and the binary at the same time. Is this a special case or did you forget the steps svn update and ant clean dist?

comment:12 by Zverikk, 5 years ago

I checked out the source anew, so I'm not sure which extra steps were needed. Usually I've been doing two commits, but this time I was a bit lazy.

The plugin binary says version is 35567

oooh, I forgot about this thing. Thank you, I've updated the plugin.
