File > Save: Not available after changing the state to/from "discourage upload"

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Download some data
  2. Save to .osm file
  3. In the layer panel set the state to "discourage upload"
  4. Ctrl+S

What is the expected result?

The new state is saved to the file.

What happens instead?

The file is not even touched.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

I noticed that the "Save" item in the menu File is disabled all the time, too. Only the save item within the context menu of the layer panel is active and normal saving is possible by directing "Save as" to overwrite the file.

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

This must have been fixed some time ago (when?) as it works as expected with r18690.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
