Provide a way to manually split changes

Description

Especially when importing a large dataset I want to be able to decide the changes I want to upload together.
Most easy by providing a "upload selected" button (in addition to the existing "upload all".
Advanced: provide offline change lists and possibility to upload all in a certain change list.

Upload Selection is already available.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
