What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. In selection list panel the objects are sorted by object type and id

What is the expected result?

An option to disable sorting in order to see the real order of selection

What happens instead?

No option available

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

It can be useful to see the real order for work on relation members but also for "align" tools and for sure for debugging.

In 17634/josm:

fix #19292 - Selection List: Option to not sort the objects but show the real order of selection

To enable, set the advanced preference selection.no_sort to true

Looking at the patch I'd say yes, but you may not see a change in an existing list.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain simon04.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
