Description
I have several osm accounts, especially pro and personal accounts.
When I want to upload, I'd like to be able to choose between several accounts.
It's not essential, it's to make the separation between pro and personal easier.

sorry if i don't understand.
I doesn't want to open josm with a special account, but choose a identity when i want to upload
Thanks for the tip, though.

You can enable to show the user name of the currently active OSM user in main header and change the user in preferences but there is not quick possibility in e.g. upload dialog.
Personally, I stay with own preferences for each OSM user as my general settings are different for each user.

Replying to skyper:

ok, thanks, good tips !
and change the user in preferences
yes, it's my actual way
but there is not quick possibility in e.g. upload dialog.
it was my "request", it's been closed, ok, I don't want to insist...
Personally, I stay with own preferences for each OSM user as my general settings are different for each user.
josm is open all day long and I don't think about changing the user in the preferences before uploading. Hence my request, but I'll think about another way to do it
Thanks for yours tips

Closed as duplicate of #2710.
Simply start JOSM with different HOME-Directories using different config in each: See Help/CommandLineOptions.
