JOSM freezes when trying to re-load Mapillary

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Delete current Mapillary layer

2.Attempt to re-load Mapillary

What is the expected result?

The Mapillary layer will re-load for the current download area

What happens instead?

JOSM freezes
