macOS: advertise file types we can open

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. On a Mac, right-click on a shp or geojson file
2. Go to the "Open With >" submenu in the contextual menu

What is the expected result?

JOSM is shown in the choices

What happens instead?

JOSM isn't available as a choice

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

JOSM currently announces that it can deal with this kind of files: GPX, zip, gzip, bzip2, osm and joz. The additional file types should be added to JOSM's info.plist.

Would it be a significant amount of work to integrate shapefile support into core, or pop a warning that you need to install the opendata plugin to open shapefiles if you try to open one without the plugin installed?
