What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. I want to edit the attachment on page https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Fr%3AHelp/Menu

What happens instead?

but I don't have permission.

Can you replace it with this file ; with the text "Menu Principal de JOSM"

As you uploaded the first file, you should be able to replace it. Upload the file again and check that you want to replace the file. The workaround via such a ticket should only be necessary, when someone else uploaded the original file.

Okay, I didn't know that.
Indeed I was able to replace the file.

I put the ticket fixed, is that okay?

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
