offset "bookmark" will be reset by clicking on button "remove offset"

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1- define a new offset and bookmark it
2- remove offset by clicking green button next to the imagery layer
3- apply the same offset again using defined bookmark
4- remove offset again by clicking green button next to the imagery layer
5- now bookmark is set to 0.0;0.0
