Extension of the key siren

In the wiki, the following keys are also listed for the keys currently listed in JOSM, which should also be used:

• siren:model=* | taginfo: 405x | Standard values should be E57, F71, HLS 273. See in Wikipedia.

Likewise, the selection of the siren: type should be switched to multiple selection, as in Germany, the sirens are used not only for the fire department but through civil defense.

• siren:model=* is only documented on the german emergency=siren page
• no values are documented in the wiki
• usage is pretty much limited to germany only and a few hot spots
• there is only one value with an reasonable amount: E57 (319 out of 405), the second most is used only 15 times

All in all this key does not really fit in the internal preset atm.
