attraction=summer_toboggan false positive in "Unclosed way - sport type toboggan"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. encounter attraction=summer_toboggan way ( ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:attraction%3Dsummer_toboggan ) with sport tag like at ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/327633843 not tagged for renderer with leisure=track
2. run validator

What is the expected result?

No "Unclosed way - sport type toboggan" complaint.

What happens instead?

It is especially problematic as tagging for renderer with leisure=track (that is for nonmotorized raceways only) makes this warning disappear.

Validator may complain that attraction=summer_toboggan is entertainment feature, not sport feature but should not complain that it is an unclosed way.
