attraction=summer_toboggan false positive in "oneway without highway, railway or aerialway"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. encounter attraction=summer_toboggan way ( ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:attraction%3Dsummer_toboggan ) with sport tag like at ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/327633843
2. run validator

What is the expected result?

Validator is not complaining about oneway tag that makes sense for slides like that

What happens instead?

Validator reports "oneway without highway, railway or aerialway" here

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

It is not necessary to mention attraction=summer_toboggan in name of rule, just excluding it is enough
