I'd suggest you contact the provider of the map.

This problem is known to the provider. See ​https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?pid=718083#p718083 and following. According comment ​https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?pid=718792#p718792 from one month ago it may take "several weeks" to fix, so I think it should soon be fixed.

It seems the problem occours only in the 3857 projection. We could temporary remove 3857 from the wiki entry, but I think thats not a good solution as that results in unsharp tiles (I guess due to reprojection). See comparison:

@mani100 you could temporary set the projection method in your JOSM settings to "By code(EPSG)" -> 25832. That gives you sharper tiles in the old style (too thick streets) for the whole Baden-Würtemberg.
