TIGER Roads 2012 and MassGIS L3 Parcels

Hi,
did you remove MassGIS L3 Parcels by accident? It is still working for me. And why did you remove tiger 2012 but kept it in ELI?

Both of those layers are hosted by tile.openstreetmap.us and I'd like to phase that system out and upgrade it. I removed them from the JOSM list so that they'd stop being used.

They're still in Editor Layer Index because I haven't submitted the PR yet :).

Please don't change the id of a source, or if you need to change the id add oldid. This way the autamatic update within JOSM works.

As your PR is already merged in ELI, I suggest to add oldid, so that the id is in sync with ELI.
