Description

When the GPX tracks download is enabled, nearly impossible to stop the downloading because JOSM automatically focuses on the newly downloaded data (although the feature can be disabled). Immediately after the new focus position triggers another batch of data to download, downloads it then JOSM focus on the new data again and so on.
