JOSM will not download iD Indoor data entered on level "-1"

Hello,
I used the native iD Indoor editor to map multi-level buildings into OSM. Recently, after learning JOSM, I have had to come back and edit them. I cannot get level -1 to download data into JOSM. I have removed all of my filters, and still, no levels designated "-1" will download. I tried a few more buildings that have -1 layers, and the results were the same. It will only download from level 0 and up.

How do you do download data in JOSM? Plase add your statusreport as requested on newticket too and a screenshot of your JOSM window with the downloaded data.

Please note that when several ways are drawn on top of each other you can select the different ways e.g. by middle mouse click or Alt + left mouse click.

Hello, Please consider this 'solved'.
I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. It is my filtering issue. I thought I had eliminated that as an issue before I submitted the ticket, by upon further inspection, I was wrong. I am very new to JOSM and need to come to a more useful method of filtering in the future. Thank you for your help and patience in this matter.
