Hi,

Consecutively to #15725, a new validation rule encouraging to use man_made=street_cabinet instead of location=kiosk is needed.

Can you add this warning to existing validation rules please?

Can you please add some background? I don't understand why/how a ​wikipedia:kiosk is related to man_made=street_cabinet. Both concepts are very different to me?

Indeed kiosk hasn't the same meaning here than we use to understand in France
