Would you please stop to revert the URL cleanup changes I did. Any more chnages I will simply delete without reverting!
Yes, the / can be omitted as most software readds it, but it is nevertheless a part of the URL, as HTTP cannot have an empty path element.
The JOSM scripts enforce unique style now and I decided to use the correct form instead of the optical unbalanced stripped form.
Next time when you want to do such automated changes LOOK AT THE CHANGE HISTORY!

And BTW The recent change to ELI is also wrong. The trailing slash directly after a domain CAN be omitted. Any other trailing slash NOT!
