wikitr:/Help/Menu/OSMLayer#Layerstate doesn't work, it takes OSMLayer%23Layerstate as the page name

Fixed. Code got easier and shorter after the fix ;-)

wikitr:/Help/Menu/OSMLayer#Layerstate doesn't link to the german page now, which is available in this case

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain stoecker.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
