Description

I love it so much I asked people to install it all the time. Would it make sense to have as a core functionality?

Utilsplugin is essentially our place to store "pretty, but expert or experimental" functions. So including the whole plugin is still not the best idea. For individual functions that may be a different topic.

I was thinking about including it in the Windows installer. Any objections?

Hm, the jnlp is the recommended installation method.

Nowadays JOSM core is much more complete than it was in history and when the installer was designed. I don't think that including plugins in the windows installer is still a good idea. Either we find it important, then it should go to core or not, then it also should not be in the installer.
