Copy features from TractTicketStats plugin to TracStats, fix bugs

https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticketstats is blank. It probably uses ​https://trac-hacks.org/wiki/TracTicketStatsPlugin which maybe needs to be updated?

Turns out in needs Flash.

At least the page should have a plain text message saying that Flash is needed to see something.

Greater question is if such a page based on an unmaintained TracHack should be lead to from the Wikis Icon bar. Value for the users seems very limited.

Couldn't find how to hide it. For those who are really bothered with this, ​adopt the plugin and remove the dependence on Flash. Otherwise, simply don't click on the button.

Hmm, What does the "Ticket Stats" plugin show, which the normal stats plugin ticket page does not? Maybe we can convince the author to include it or add a submit request?

The stats for the "normal" plugin are simply wrong. I think it des not handle correctly our tickets workflow, or the fact we delete spam tickets. Also if I remember correctly it is not possible to filter by component or by time range, nor to see for a given period the number of open/closed tickets like the Flash plugin does.

Hmm, do you have examples? E.g. it says 15022 tickets which also a query says.

Which could be changed. I'd rather spend time to fix something worthy compared to something anyway doomed to die (and which I can't see).

So what feature would be important to you?

I like https://josm.openstreetmap.de/stats more. It has so much more information. Why not keep both?

stats/tickets graph states we have nearly 2000 open tickets. This isn't true. I tried to fix it in the past but didn't succeed.

I agree Flash is going to die, but I don't know if it would be easier to drop Flash from Ticket-Stat plugin or add the missing features into the other one. The fact that the tickets stats are wrong in this plugin makes me pessimistic about it.

The features I really like into the flash plugin:

• we can choose the overall period
• we can choose the component
• we can choose the milestone
• we can see on a periodical basis the number of open/closed tickets for each period
• we can choose this period (1 day to 1 year)

The one thing I hate:

• the date is in US format!

More features I'd like to see:

• filter by ticket reporter
• filter by ticket resolution

Yes the graph seems wrong. (The sum of open "Tickets by component" at the end of this page is 1486.)

With update of new server it seems we got a new version of the TracStatsPlugin which is not using Flash anymore. I guess this ticket can be closed?
