Add "Home location" as a button for the slippy map in download window

Description

In Sep 2017 the Home location was introduced as a special bookmark. This is nice, but I map in Berlin and don't want to edit Brandenburg Gate all the time.

Instead, after fixing a problem elsewhere in the world, I'd like to reposition the Slippy map to my home location quickly without panning and zooming, from where I can easily zoom to the local supermarket to be fixed today.

Thus I propose to add "Home location" as a button to the Slippy map, also.

pretty much a duplicate of #14644

Yes, I'd say this is a subset of the #14644 proposal, maybe easier to implement.
