15345	"Add ""Home location"" as a button for the slippy map in download window"	Polarbear-j	team	"In Sep 2017 the Home location was introduced as a special bookmark. This is nice, but I map in Berlin and don't want to edit Brandenburg Gate all the time. 

Instead, after fixing a problem elsewhere in the world, I'd like to reposition the ''Slippy map'' to my home location quickly without panning and zooming, from where I can easily zoom to the local supermarket to be fixed today.
