Mention that Search results are Selected

Even though the word "select" appears on
https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Help/Action/Search but the user might
not think that is the same select that Select All (CTRL+A) is talking
about.

Therefore please add there

"Search results are _selected_. You won't usually see them because e.g.,
for nodes they are faint red hollow rectangles, instead of the usual
solid red squares, but they are, yes, still selected! You can then do
Edit->Copy then File->New Layer, and then finally Edit->Paste at Source
Position, to finally see them clearly."

P.S., there is no documentation Component to choose for this bug report.

I'm not aware that selected nodes are hard to see, can you add a screenshot?

OK I found them: Mention: Since search results are marked as selected, they will appear as solid red squares until one reaches zoom level NN, whereupon they will appear as hollow rectangles enclosing the found object's icon.

It doesn't matter which way you select objects, there is no difference on how selected objects are displayed.
