couldn't validate josm server certificate, security warning at josm start

same warning when trying to display carto tiles in josm (a.tile.openstreetmap.org:443)

Sounds much like an OCSP Error. How did you start JOSM - Direct or WebStart. If WebStart - Which browser?

OCSP is broken by design in my eyes - probably the Let's Encrypt OCSP server has issues again?

by executing josm-latest.jnlp

Anyway, it seems all works fine again, so it was much likely only a temporary problem.
