Cannot see changes that are to be uploaded if offline

No way to see the changes that need to be uploaded of a layer, unless
one hits the upload button, even if one is uneasy about hitting the
upload button, even though it indeed will ask for confirmation.

What's worse is if one is offline. The upload button in this case
won't show us our changes at all.

So what is needed is an independent way to see the changes that will
be uploaded, without the worry of uploading anything in the first place.

There are two ways:

• As said, press the upload button and read the list there
• Use search dialog and search for modified objects. It will select all modifications in the map.
