Offer "revert" (from source) in layer's right click menu

Description

In the layers panel, right clicking a layer should also offer
"revert" or "revert from source" (tooltip: read in the layer again
from the file/URL where it came from.)
This will need a confirmation question about throwing away changes etc.

Status: new → closed

Unnecessary and confusing. ("Revert" has a different meaning in OSM world.)

It is enough to close the layer and reopen the file.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
