Enable https support on remote by default

Description
With more sites moving to https, and openstreetmap.org potentially making the switch some day, it would be good if Preferences > Remote > Enable HTTPS support were checked by default when enabling the remote.
As far as I can tell, this has no negative consequence.

Sorry, I meant that checking the checkbox by default has no negative consequence. It doesn't break anything for firefox users, since http will still be listening.

Sorry I prefer to simplify JOSM code if the feature is not needed for the two major browsers (Firefox & Chrome). I won't keep the whole complex https setup just for Safari, as they are probably going to fix it soon, see https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171934
