Description

How to reproduce:

  1. Start JOSM and wait until the startup screen is closed.
  2. If the Download window opens, then close it.

Expected behavior:
If 100% of the program sources are translated, then don't print the message "Help translating JOSM into your language! Currently 100% of the program texts are done."
The canvas page also shows other ways to contribute, such as bug reporting, bug fixing, for instance easy-to-fix beginner tasks etc.

Actual behavior:
The message above is printed. Basically it's telling: "Thank you, we don't need any contributions", while other contributions (as bug reporting and fixing) would be needed anyway (as a bugtracker query reveals).

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
