If 100% of the program sources are translated, then don't print the message ""Help translating JOSM into your language! Currently 100% of the program texts are done.""
The canvas page also shows other ways to contribute, such as bug reporting, bug fixing, for instance easy-to-fix beginner tasks etc.

Actual behavior:
The message above is printed. Basically it's telling: ""Thank you, we don't need any contributions"", while other contributions (as bug reporting and fixing) would be needed anyway (as a bugtracker query reveals)."	defect	closed	normal		Core		duplicate
