Mapillary plugin automatic download does not work

The automatic download does not work for the Mapillary pluigin.

Steps to reproduce:

• open JOSM
• activate Mapillary layer
• zoom to street view in San Francisco (or other area of choice)

Expected behaviour:

• the Mapillary data is downloaded automatically and displayed on the map

Actual behavior:

• no Mapillary data is displayed on the map, even after 10-20 minutes

The Mapillary web site displays data for the same area: ​https://www.mapillary.com/map/search/37.561536598284846/37.87056682216161/-122.7491203028055/-121.91584629217846

That's probably because automatic download mode doesn't behave like many people (including me) think would be intuitive:

• Automatic mode downloads only images in the are where you have downloaded OSM data
• Semiautomatic mode is probably what you want: It downloads all images in the currently visible area, updates if you pan/zoom
• Manual mode only downloads new images when you request a download

This was also discussed in ​https://github.com/floscher/josm-mapillary-plugin/issues/4 and renaming these modes is on my todo list.

The download modes are now renamed. You will see the change when the next release of the plugin will be released.
