Steps to reproduce:
  - open JOSM 
  - activate Mapillary layer
  - zoom to street view in San Francisco (or other area of choice)  

Expected behaviour:
  - the Mapillary data is downloaded automatically and displayed on the map

Actual behavior:
  - no Mapillary data is displayed on the map, even after 10-20 minutes
