Reverter pluging refuses to run on latest stable version of JOSM

Description

JOSM version according to help/about is "Version 9329".

Reverter plugin claims to be 32005. At JOSM plugins update (forced regularly upon users by JOSM) it updated itself from (I believe) 31926. Some message appeared on the screen suggesting that a later version of JOSM was required.

Plugins should not require that I run untested software.

Errors happen, now it's technically too late to fix it.

We're releasing a new stable version soon, see DevelopersGuide/Schedule.

By the way JOSM is tested a lot. Latest is not "untested software".
