revert changeset apparently broken

I tried to revert this changeset: ​http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/32471365 but after I perform the action I end up with an empty layer. Shouldn't the node be undeleted by the revert changeset action?

there seems to be a more thorough problem with the reverter, it doesn't revert like it did. E.g. this changeset 32470927 consists mainly of deletions, but very few objects turn up after reverting.
