add changed key/values to last-used list

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go to an existing building=yes
2. Change yes to residential (or similar building to building:part and so on)

What is the expected result?

"building=residential" should be in the "add value"-list on another building/object

What happens instead?

"building=residential" is not in last-used-list

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
