Follow-up of #12035. We must find icons for office=*

I have found some icons, most of them are licensed CC-BY, I don't know if we can use them:

You are right Klumbumbus. It seems they work in black background. Thank you Don-vip for your opinion.
Here they are. I know some of them are strange like the insurance icon, foundation and ong, but until we get better ones or I have another idea, these seem acceptable. All released in CC0 and/or public domain.

The dark blue on black background is difficult to see, can we use a lighter blue ?

On the FSF-site, they state that CC BY 4.0 and CC BY-SA 4.0 are GPL compatible. In an earlier version, they stated, that CC BY 2.0 is not GPL compatible. (Version 4.0 of the CC suite was released Nov. 2013. Now, Sep. 2015, BY-SA 4.0 has been declared to be GPLv3 compatible.)
The icons you list here are CC BY 3.0, mostly. I haven't found any clear statements about this version, but my guess would be that it is not GPL compatible, in the sense that it can be relicensed and used directly under the terms of the GPL. Here they talk about it.
This was just the first part of the answer to the question: "Can we use these icons?". Namely: "No, not as long as we want the entire JOSM release to be GPL-only, as it is now."
However, it is possible to distribute GPL-software alongside independent works with different license, as long as they "are not combined with it such as to form a larger program"... IANAL and cannot tell, if this clause applies here. (I've tried to avoid this topic for now. ;) )
