Add Wikidata to presets

PLEase:

• Include Wikidata in presets -> Done in r16861
• If the coordinates in Wikidata vary wildly from those in OSM, issue a warning → #20872
• If the item in Wikidata has no coordinates, issue a warning, but also suggest the user might add them there → #20873
