Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- open a note on osm.org, e.g. http://www.openstreetmap.org/note/254543#map=17/50.86089/12.95138&layers=N
- click on edit (use remote control)
- the area opens in JOSM for editing
What is the expected result?
Since the URL contains /note/254543 it should also download this note
Then you can comment the note within JOSM.
What happens instead?
only osm data is downloaded

I thought there was already a ticket for this, but I couldn't find it.
