make properties.remember-recently-added-tags=true as default

properties.remember-recently-added-tags=true is very helpful. However default is false if I remember correct. I think it would be better if true is default. Also the text in the right click dialog of the Add Value Dialog could be improved that this preference mean, that it remembers even after a restart.
