different height of rows in side separated dual list

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. download a relation with some members
2. open relation dialog for the relation
3. select all members in relation dialog (left side)
4. add all members to selection with button (right side)

What is the expected result?

On both sides you have the same amount of objects and the lists should have the same height

What happens instead?

The rows of the right side have a bigger height and it is difficult to judge differences in number of rows.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

See #10593 where the same problem exists in preference dialogs. Might be even more dialogs effected.
