Description
With Windows 7. Using the tagging preset tester with some tags, mostly large tags, become unreadable. The left frame is scrollable but the right side is not. The only way I can read the bottom is by resizing the window to be large. While resizing the window the frame on left side becomes small. I feel the frames need to be individually resizable along with being scrollable.
There might be a viewing error that squishes the text after looking at the screenshots, under the Bold Building on the right side where it describes a series of label text. Here is a snip of that code for reference.
<item name="Simple 3D buildings outline" type="relation,closedway" icon="http://openstreetmap.pl/kendzi/preset/3d_simple_icon_green_32.png"> <link href="http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Simple_3D_Buildings"/> <label text="<html><b>Building</b></html>"/> <label text="<html><i>Outline of building for 3D rendering</i></html>"/>

Yes, I already did describe the problem a year ago. See my comment and the following on #8853.
Yes that is same experience I have, thank you. Sorry I didn't see it while searching first. I have a question while noticing it is described as a plugin component. Is the preset tester a plugin maintained by developers not on the core team? Is the tester apart of the core JOSM program?
