Keyboard stops responding using the terracer plugin

[osm@…]

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. draw rectangle outline of building
2. use terracer to break into 2 parts, no asc. street,
3. repeat about 10 times

What is the expected result?
Draw houses

What happens instead?
Keyboard stops responding. (responds in other programs.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Can you reproduce it again (I could not)?
Does Alt/Shift/Ctrl key react?

No keys react in JOSM, everything else works as expected. Mouse clicks work fine, so I can upload work as is but can't change the comment from last one.
