Translation "Überführungsbauwerke"

Description

When the validator complains about intersecting buildings it is in German just "Überführungsbauwerke" which is plain nonsense. Just correct it to "Überschneidende Gebäude" (or whatever it was before).

I won't try to fix that myself since the last time I tried to fix a string in JOSM I had to export the translation from launchpad which took half an hour(!) and afterwards I was reported a conflict for some strings I didn't even touch…
If the translation has to be hosted at a third party it should/could be transifex where even larger projects don't have performance issues.
