Description
Could JOSM print some periodic marks to stdout while validating big data?
For example, I am validating a big area here and it's taking some hours.
Besides the CPU at 100%, I can only see a message saying that it's running test 26/34 with a progress bar apparently stuck.
With a mark to stdout it could print at each 5 minutes, for example, a line with the current time, the progress percentage, how long it's running and other possible important/interesting info.

About the original request, I was thinking about informational messages in console, like we already have for messages:
INFO: GET https://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/user/details (get number of unread messages)
Test 26/34 here is "Unconnected highways"

Having already the tests being displayed is ok. If a test takes too long, it probably has a bug, like the one Gerd fixed.
No. But we can improve the progress bar for that long-taking test, so it shows progress (or speed up the test if possible). Which one is 26/34?
